How does the included device work?+
Each license includes exactly one REKORD Go. Add a license and you get another device with it. Digital capture (Meet, Teams, Zoom) is included on every plan alongside the hardware.
What if a device is lost or broken?+
A replacement does not come with the license. Buy a REKORD Go for €189. Defects in materials and workmanship are covered under the hardware warranty in the terms.
Do I keep the devices if I cancel?+
No. Devices are leased with the subscription, not sold. If the subscription ends, you return the hardware. Unreturned devices are charged at the replacement price: €189 for a Go.
Can I pay monthly?+
No. Plans are annual only. The included hardware is part of that yearly commitment: one device per license, for the term of the subscription.
What counts as a license?+
A license is one seat on REKORD Platform: a person with a Go. It covers capture, memory, and the device assigned to that seat. The minimum order is 3 licenses.
Can we host REKORD ourselves?+
Professional runs on REKORD Cloud in Paris and Frankfurt. Private cloud, customer-tenant, and on-premise (including air-gapped) deployments are on Enterprise. See the security overview and the DPA.
