REKORD uses a short list of processors. The product path and the marketing website are listed separately on purpose. A US host for this website does not get access to your meetings.
REKORD Cloud (product)
On REKORD Cloud, audio is uploaded to Paris, processed in Frankfurt, and stored in both. Transcription and summarisation run on REKORD-operated infrastructure inside the European Union. There is no US subprocessor in that path and no fallback region outside the Union.

If we add a product subprocessor, we will update this page and notify customers at least 30 days before the change, as set out in the DPA.
Customer-cloud and on-premise deployments do not use REKORD Cloud subprocessors for content. Your cloud provider or datacentre is your processor, not ours.
This website (marketing)
The public site at https://rekord.tech is a static Astro site. It is temporarily hosted on GitHub Pages.
